Returns and Exchanges  

For hygiene reasons and in line with our commitment to each customer’s health, we are unable to process returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or wish to request a different style. Therefore, please thoroughly review your order before purchasing, select your size according to our size guide, and make sure the color and style are correct.

Slight Variations in Products

All our press-on nails are handmade, and there may be slight variations between each piece. However, if you happen to receive a defective product or if we have made an error, please contact us immediately. We promise to handle such issues with urgency and care, and we will take appropriate actions based on the situation to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are offered at deeply discounted prices and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please carefully review sizing before placing your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
