Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Request Window
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Delivery is defined as the shipping carrier’s tracking status marked as “delivered.”
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Hygiene & Return Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unused, untrimmed, and in original condition with all protective films intact.
Returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item remains unused and unopened.
Please review your order carefully and refer to our size guide before purchasing.
3. Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Unwanted items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items sent
The following are NOT considered defects:
- Minor handmade variations
- Slight color differences due to screen displays
- Improper application or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Personal discomfort or sensitivity
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer is not considered a product defect.
4. Handmade Product Disclaimer
All products are 100% handmade. Minor variations in color, shape, and design details are normal and expected.
Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and design details may occur and are not considered defects.
5. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and untrimmed
- Protective film and backing must remain fully intact
- Item must be in original packaging with all components included
- You must provide your order number as proof of purchase
Any removal of protective film, trimming, or use of adhesive is considered use and voids return eligibility.
Temporary fitting is only allowed if the protective film remains intact.
6. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before shipping.
Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
7. Return Process
To request a return, email info@ferferstudio.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
We will review your request within 2 business days.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If the issue is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to process the refund
If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may be returned to the customer.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
10. Final Sale & Custom Orders
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are offered at discounted prices and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- All custom-made or made-to-order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Resolutions, including replacement or refund, will be handled on a case-by-case basis after claim review.
12. Chargebacks & Policy Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
13. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
Changes will not affect orders placed prior to the update.
