Shipping Details
- We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $65.
- Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order. ferfer Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- ferfer Studio is responsible for shipping your order to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs thereafter. Please make sure your delivery location is secure and accessible.
- During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times may be extended due to increased carrier volume or service delays beyond our control.
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@ferferstudio.com within 1 hour of placing your order and include your order number and requested changes. Once order processing begins, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations.
Tracking
- Tracking numbers are typically provided within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your package has been dispatched.
- You may also track your shipment through our Track Order Status page.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on inventory availability, shipping destination, and carrier conditions. ferfer Studio reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations; in such cases, customers will be notified promptly and refunded.
- Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- All delivery timelines provided are estimated only and do not account for weekends or public holidays.

Taxes & Duties
- All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your order incurs such charges, they must be paid in full to allow customs clearance.
- If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties or taxes, a refund will be issued once the item is successfully returned to our warehouse. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
